Tuesday Night Driving Practice

Jamie has been practicing putting and driving with Ryan for the past year. As soon as Ryan could walk, he has had a golf club. At first they would practice in the house, now that Ryan actually can hit the ball, and sometimes it goes fast and far, they are only allowed to play outside. So On Tuesday night Ryan and Dad were practicing their swings. Ryan gets so into it, I am sure he and Jamie will have many memories of golfing together. I love seeing them play together and especially the huge smile on Ryan's face

I love this cute video clip. He never misses, and he is so excited, sorry about my high pitched cheer at the end!

Favorite Face Ever

Ryan has been making the funniest faces. While eating spaghetti a few days ago he kept making this face, this is also the face he makes when he sees himself in the mirror. I don't know where he gets it but he is so funny!

Brooklyn: I am jealous of Ryans eyelashes too! They are so long and beautiful!

Im Proud to be an American

Last Thursday In our neighborhood, three Husbands/Sargent's serving in Iraq arrived home. Two of them are fathers and had Babies they had not seen in almost a year. A few of us in the neighborhood decided we wanted to do something special to welcome them home. We decided on yellow ribbons, and balloons, and flags lining the streets as they returned. We made Banners, and had had as many people as we could find line the streets waving flags and cheering. It was emotional and humbling experience. I shed a few tears as I watched the soldiers reunite with their families. The unity in the community was apparent as we all worked together and supported our troops. Ryan was waving his flag ferociously and it was a special moment I will always remember! Welcome Home Sargent's!

The Zoo

Last Saturday Jamie, Ryan, my brother Jeremy and I went to the Zoo. Ryan has never been to the Zoo, so it was his first time seeing all the animals in person. He has a huge stuffed Giraffe and Tiger in his room, so I think he recognised those animals. We have animal flash cards that I show to him, he knows a few of them, it was so much fun to see his amazement and wonder. The Highlight was definitely the Monkeys. Ryan loves Monkeys!I felt like the Giraffe posed just for me! How Graceful!

Girls Weekend Heidis Shower

I am finally going to catch up my Blog. I had so much fun on the girls weekend in Park City, we started out the trip by going to dinner honoring the Bride to Be, Heidi Mathie. After dinner,we had fun watching her open her presents. Following the shower we headed back to the hotel. We changed into our Pajamas and talked and played games, had dessert, and stayed up talking and laughing way to late. I think I might have fallen asleep around 4:30 am. I have not done that in a very long time! It was great to catch up with old Friends, giggle until our bellies hurt, have our Fortunes Read and shop with the girls. Thanks for such a Great weekend!

We also, Celebrated our 30th Birthdays, blew out Candles on Huge cupcakes that we ate for breakfast, had crepes with lemon curd, fresh strawberries and bananas, exchanged birthday gifts, and headed out to the outlets.
Happy 30th Birhday Everyone!

My Dream Baby Bedding

Serena and Lilly Baby bedding is so beautiful, I want to get this bedding when we have another baby. It is called "Rory". I got my catalogue in the mail a few weeks ago and I have been ogling over this bedding! Does anyone need me to design a nursery for them? I love the exaggerated
hounds tooth fabric! (TeNeal, here is the link)

I cannot believe that it is Thursday already. I have had Zero "down time" And it has been hectic, I have two Design Projects I am working on, and both are so much fun, and make me wish it was for my house and not someone else's. I will post I hope tonight about the Girls Weekend, THE ZOO, and everything else that is going on around here! Fun Baby showers to come, and in two weeks, my trip to Cleveland! Stay Tuned!
