I must need stimulation because I have been looking for decorations to make for fall. I am going to have these available to create at our Enrichment activity and I am so excited to try them out this afternoon! This is what I will be making:
Real pumpkins painted in Glue then sprinkled with dusting glitter. Then after they dry you paint the stem brown. They should last for three months! Simple and Fun! You should do it too!
I am enjoying my life as a
Mother and Wife. I have a degree in Interior Design, and love planning Weddings,Parties and experimenting in my Kitchen. I am trying to figure out how to be a wonderful homemaker and also pursue my dreams. Either way, I enjoy being inspired, and keeping current.
I invite you to follow my journey, as I experience motherhood for the first time and find beauty in what the world has to offer.
With the New year I have decided to find more things beautiful, be inspired by great design, and experiment with more recipes, products, restaraunts and gadgets. Each week I will post a "Room that Inspires". I look forward to a New Year with all of you!
Its time for fall!
Fall is my favorite time of year. I would love to hear what your family does in the fall! I like to make soups and freeze them. There is nothing better than a good reason to stay inside with a great book, or dinner with friends, a good game and some comfort food. Its this time of year that I really miss Virginia. The pumpkin stands at every corner, crisp cold breezes, a little fog, lunch at Panera Bread, maybe someday we will find ourselves back there....
